Beth Meyers has a proven track record of public service. She was elected to the Wisconsin Assembly in November 2014. 

She represents the 74th Assembly District, comprising all of Bayfield, Ashland, Iron and Price counties, along with sections of Douglas, Sawyer and Vilas counties. The district also includes the Red Cliff Tribe, the Lac du Flambeau Tribe and the Bad River Band Tribe.

Beth was born in Bayfield in May 1959.  At the age of 25, Meyers was a young, divorced, single mother of two children when she enrolled at Northland College. In December 1989, Meyers received her bachelor's in sociology, by early the following year, she was employed by the Red Cliff Tribe. Ending her tenure with the tribe as the Family Services Division Chief nine years later. Most recently, she served as the executive director for CORE Community Resources, a community based non-profit serving seniors in the Chequamegon Bay area of northern Wisconsin.

Meyers spent five years on the Bayfield County Board before election to the Assembly. She served on many local boards and has volunteered with several non-profits.

Meyers lives in the Town of Russell with her husband, Kevin Buzicky.
